Knowledge is Power, and yet…

Bookshelves are a wonderful reflection of our path. Here is an example of how I’ve walked between the worlds of the physical and the spiritual, always searching for balance. My books are my teachers. I cherish each one and hope their words have become a part of me.

From the Bible to biology, from Buddha to bones, my fascination with how we think and move through life with grace has taken me to many corners of the world and even more trainings and retreats. Those adventures came and went, but the books never leave me. Even the titles remind me how to approach my day and interact with others. I greet them each morning and evening, a constant reminder of how blessed I am because of the wise words set in print.

Knowledge is power and my books are the energy behind it. And yet, I recently heard these words: It’s what you learn after you know it all that counts.

Staying humble:)
