My  instruction is influenced by over 1,000 hours of  training in Anusara Yoga, ISHTA Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine combined with my extensive background in fitness, pilates and dance techniques. I offer corporate/business, private and public classes, plus workshops and yoga teacher training programs in the DC area.
